How to make Kale Chips
Serve : 4Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale (stems removed)
- Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Heat oven to 175 degrees C and place kale on two rimmed baking sheets.
Pour olive oil (or other cooking oil, e.g. rice oil) on to kale, season with salt and toss. Place trays in the oven and bake for 15 mins until crisp. You may want to rotate trays once. Once crisp toss with lemon zest and enjoy!
