Tamarillo or tomato tree or tomato de arból or Baumtomate.
It's so funny, even there are tamarillo in Indonesia, my home country - they are called Terong Belanda or Dutch eggplants there - but the first time I saw tamarillo was in Caracas, a city where I've been living now.
Tamarillo has a strong taste and sour. I usually use it for juice but one day a friend of mine who comes from Ecuador, she made me a compote tamarillo. It was yummy!

The first picture is my entry for CLICK photo event April 2008: Au Naturel, hosted by Bee and Jai at Jugalbandi.
