One common dish in Indonesia. It's yummy and easy to make. Normally you eat it with Perkedel Kentang (Indonesian Fried Potato Patties) but I skipped this time due to my laziness ;)Ingredients:
3 chicken breast or thighs
Water
Lime juice
Vegetable oil stir fry
Salt, pepper, sugar to season
2 sticks cinnamon
3 cloves
To grind:
1 cm ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
Tomatoes - sliced
Mung bean sprout
Boiled egg

Directions:
Cooked the chicken until soft then fray the meat. Put it back to the broth
Heat the oil then fry the grind paste until fragrant. Add cinnamon sticks and cloves. Add to the broth, add lime juice and season well. Cook again for about 10 minutes then serve with sliced tomatoes, mung bean sprout
