Source: EstherlitaTerima kasih mBa for this very yummy in the tummy recipe. It's easy to make. I changed a little bit the cooking direction as she wrote on her recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg beef meat -- cut
2 l hot water
Vegetable oil
Rice noodle
Tomatoes
Lime
Parsley for garnish

3 cm cinnamon stick
5 cloves
3 bay leaves
1 lemon grass -- crushed
Nutmeg -- grated
Salt
Sugar
To blend:
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 onion
8 candle nuts
3 cm ginger
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp galangal powder
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until soft
Heat the vegetable oil then fry it until fragrant
Add the meat, combine well and season well with salt and sugar
Add the other ingredients, mix well and cook until the meat changed its color
Pour the hot water, turn the flame and cook the broth until the meat is set
Serving:
Arrange rice noodle, pour the broth, add meat and tomatoes. Garnish with parsley and lime
Note:
You can use egg noodles and add boiled egg as you wish
